Hi!

I’m Shawna Suckow.

Hi, I’m Shawna Suckow, CVP, CMP, CSP, and here’s some inside info on me. I have 20 years of specialized knowledge in consumer behavior, sales, and marketing. But more important than that, I consider myself an inspirational business keynote with a minor in comedy. My mission is to motivate, educate, and inspire every audience I have the privilege of addressing.

My style has been described as a gentle nudge from a friend, like talking you out of going to Prom with that loser. Or telling you when you have lettuce in your teeth. I not only tell it like it is, but I do so in a helpful, kind, fun way. I talk like a real person on stage – not an old-timey, overly-rehearsed robot who delivers the same content from Albuquerque to Zimbabwe (egads!).

More about Shawna Suckow:

I speak to salespeople, marketers, C-Suite,  business owners, and women’s groups across all industries, all over the world. The two areas I nerd out on the most? Consumer behavior, and setting priorities. The consumer behavior focus helps anyone with something to sell, so they understand what’s working right now, and what’s not. The priorities focus is all about inspiring people to stop living and working on auto-pilot. To make each day the best it can be, under their unique human circumstances. I love when I get to combine both (check out my session called The Most Unique Keynote Ever!).

What I’m proud of:

  1. I’ve now spoken in 17 countries on 5 continents (c’mon Australia and Antarctica!).

  2. Forbes named my book a top marketing read of 2022 (my dad is really proud of that one).

  3. I am a CSP (like a Masters in professional speaking).

  4. I was named a Woman of Influence in 2020 by the global Women’s Economic Foundation.

  5. I recently got to speak on the same stage as Elvis, Johnny Cash, and Bob Dylan!

Three memorable things about me:

I played in the World Series of Poker Main Event in 2015. I am so good at parallel parking, I should get a trophy. My first car was a Volkswagen Bug that caught on fire on my way to school.

If you’re looking for stuffy and buttoned-down, don’t hire me (seriously – we’ll both regret it!).

My Awesome Team

“THE Team Shawna Suckow”

RACHEL KANE | Sales Assistant

I’m a busy mom of two boys. Baby Rome joins brother Micah in keeping me busy. I used to spend my free time practicing yoga, reading books, happy hour with friends, walks with my dad, brunch with my mom and wine tasting with my sister. Now life is a little different! I love being a mom.

1. What food do you like that most people don’t? Or is there a food that most people like that you hate?

I hate pumpkin pie! Crazy story…I ate half of a pumpkin pie when I was in second grade and was so sick I couldn’t go to the theatre to see Home Alone: Lost in New York with my cousins. I was devastated!

2. If the Random Olympics were held today, what would you get a gold medal in?

I survived having a newborn and a toddler during the pandemic without any help while working full time. What’s higher than a gold medal? Lol

Henry Suckow | Director of Barketing

I’m 14 years young (people say I act like I’m two). I enjoy going swimming in the big, gross lake at the dog park, and then being smelly in mom’s car, with my head out the window all the way home. In my spare time, I like to lick mostly-empty peanut butter jars.

1. What food do you like that most dogs don’t?

I love apple cores!

2. If the Random Olympics were held today, what would you get a gold medal in?

That’s an easy one…I destroy any stuffed toy in less than five minutes. 🥇

Denn Vergara | Virtual Assistant

I’m the type of person who is very friendly and easygoing. I love hanging out with my friends and family. We always go to the beach to relax and escape from the toxic world just a little longer.

1. What food do you like that most people don’t? Or is there a food that most people like that you hate?

I like durian fruit; it tastes really good. It’s like ice cream to me that melts in my mouth, but most people don’t like it because of the smell.

2. If the Random Olympics were held today, what would you get a gold medal in?

I think a Fast Eating Challenge! I’m good at eating anything. I’m not a picky eater. I can eat whatever food is available as long as it isn’t poisonous, ha ha.
